MIxed Fruit Energiser…

Ingredients:

1- orange, segmented
1- sweet lime
1- kiwi fruit, peeled
3-4 strawberries, destalked
1- apple. Cored
salt to taste
pepper to taste…

Method:

cut orange segments into half.

Discard seeds with the help of a fork.

Chop kiwi fruit into thick round slices.

Halve strawberries vertically.

Chop apple into 8-10 chunks.

Quarter sweetlime, with skin.

Hold tips of skin of a segment, bend backwards.( u need lil. practise)

The skin will come off easily.

Discard seeds, halve each segment across.

Mix all fruit, sprinkle salt and pepper.

Toss very lightly.

Serve immediately.

Making Time : 10 minutes approximately
Makes : 2 servings
